No man can bring my visor to the ground

17 128

Symbolizing adversity,

Here I've got bruises.

Patches and burns all around my skin that remind me of my

Memories of the past.

Nothing could bring me down;

No man can bring my visor to the ground.

A smile down my visage,

And a million dreams in my eyes.

Of deep pain and agony,

Vehement are my tears.

I am but a fighter,

No man can bring my visor to the ground.

A mother,

A sister,

A daughter,

A wife

I am.

A storm I am

to be tormenting enough

if thou art a wrong-doer.

A stream I am

to quench your thirst

if thou art a master of sanctity.

A shed I am

if thou art a soul renderred homeless.

I am a woman

No man can bring my visor to the ground.
